At Dentelle Karina, every piece ships directly from our vetted US and EU-based suppliers straight to your door.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 5–10 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $70.
- Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.
- Express shipping (1–2 business days within the US) is available for $15 at checkout.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
Delays While we work hard to get your order to you on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dentellekarina@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
