Where do your products ship from?

All products ship from US and EU-based suppliers. US orders arrive in 5-10 business days. International orders take 10-20 business days depending on your location.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free standard shipping on orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship for $8 flat. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $15.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached. Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items tried on without underwear. Email dentellekarina@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.

Do I have to pack and ship the orders myself?

No. Dentelle Karina ships directly from our suppliers to you. We never handle inventory. When you place an order, it goes straight to our fulfillment partners who pack and ship it on our behalf.

How do I find my size?

How do I care for my lingerie?

Hand wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Never wring or twist. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or iron lace or silk-feel pieces.

Do you carry extended sizes?

Most pieces in the collection go up to 2XL or 3XL. Karina specifically curates for size inclusivity — she only adds a piece to the collection if it comes in a real range of sizes.

Dentelle Karina works directly with quality suppliers who produce luxury-feel pieces without the retail markup of major department stores. Karina's curation means only the best-value items make the cut.
