One of the questions I get most often: what lingerie color actually suits me? The good news is that it is far simpler than it sounds, and it comes down to one thing — your skin's undertone.
First, find your undertone
Look at the veins on the inside of your wrist in natural light. If they look blue or purple, you likely have a cool undertone. If they look green, you lean warm. If you genuinely cannot tell, you are probably neutral — and you have the easiest job of all, because almost everything works.
If you are cool-toned
Cool undertones glow in emerald, sapphire blue, true red, deep purple, and crisp bright white. Soft gray is a beautiful, understated choice for you too. Explore blue and gray to start.
If you are warm-toned
Warm undertones come alive in peach, coral, gold, deep reds, and warm ivory rather than stark white. A warm red is especially striking — see the red edit.
If you are neutral
You can wear almost anything, so reach for softened, muted versions of a color rather than the brightest one. And black, of course, is yours — it is flattering on every undertone there is. The black collection is a sophisticated bet.
The shade that always works
If you remember nothing else: black flatters everyone, and a well-chosen ivory or white brings out a soft, pretty glow on warm and fair skin. When in doubt, start there.
